Sydney Doverspike Hale, CFP®, ChFC®
Owner
Sydney’s motivation has always been to leave things better than she found them - both for her clients and her community. She is a Certified Financial Planner™ Practitioner and Chartered Financial Consultant® who designs holistic, multi-generational financial plans with a focus on small businesses, high-earning professionals, and affluent families.
After graduating from Clemson University with a BS in Marketing, Sydney worked as an Associate Consultant for high net worth clients at a boutique investment consulting firm. In 2012, she joined Triche/Doverspike Financial Group to work with her father and grandfather as a financial advisor. In 2024, she founded Emerald Wealth Partners with her father, Jack, in order to support clients throughout the Gulf South in their comprehensive financial planning needs.
Sydney is a Board Member of the New Orleans Estate Planning Council, currently serving as Secretary. She was also a peer-elected member of the 2023 New York Life Agent Advisory Council and the 2024 AAC Executive Council as First Secretary. When not working, she and her husband, Ross, spend most of their time spoiling their two dogs at home in Fairhope, Alabama. Their cat tolerates their existence nearby.
Jack Doverspike

Jack began working as a financial advisor in 1986 after spending 11 years working in the oil industry as a civil engineer. Jack prides himself on building trusting, long-lasting client relationships. He coordinates with his clients' full financial team including tax advisors and attorneys to create comprehensive financial strategies for business owners and high net worth clients.
Jack attended college at The United States Military Academy at West Point and graduated from the University of Arkansas with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. He was a cofounder of Triche/Doverspike Financial Group with his father-in-law and has been proud to grow the business throughout his career. Emerald Wealth Partners is the culmination of that hard work and unwavering focus on the changing needs of their clients.
For the past 25 years, Jack has lived and worked in South Louisiana with his wife, Cyd. He has two daughters and three grandsons who keep him on his toes. He has been working with his daughter, Sydney, since 2012. His English bulldogs, Bogart & Slim, are the most spoiled of them all.
